C.O.D.E. APPROACH TO LECTURING

The faculty at CHS use a dynamic approach to lecturing that is multisensory in nature, emphasizes prior learning, and allows students to continue to grow as independent learners.  This is accomplished through the C.O.D.E. Approach to Lecturing that CONNECTS with prior learning, ORGANIZED into manageable chunks, DUAL CODED through multisensory approaches, and EXERCISED through spot checking for understand at key intervals.
