Next Friday, October 25th is Halloween at The Craig Lower and Middle School. Students may wear their costume to school or can change after lunch. Families are welcome to watch our parade and to participate in Trunk or Treat. If you would like to decorate your trunk or would like to help out by donating candy, please see the information emailed from PACS. In addition, grade level parents will be contacting you about how you can participate in the Halloween celebrations they are planning. We will parade around the school in our costumes at 1:00 and trunk or treat will take place from 1:30-2:45. The groups will participate in trunk or treat a few at a time and will be doing crafts and games in their classrooms for the remainder of the afternoon. The 7th and 8th graders are having a party in the cafeteria planned by the peer leaders. Please join us for the afternoon of activities if you are able.
When you are planning your child’s Halloween costume, please do not send any weapons to school. If you take your child home from Trunk or Treat, please make sure to sign them out with Liz Sandman at the front office. Students may wear their costume to school on Halloween as well.

Save the Date: GrandFriends Day!
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 8:20 AM to 12:00 PM at The Craig Lower & Middle School! This special event gives your child the opportunity to invite their VIP- whether it’s a grandparent, aunt, uncle, tutor, or close family friend - to spend the day with them. Craig School Family Directory: One of the challenges that we all encounter is finding opportunities for our students and parents to connect outside school. Exploring Ecuador-Craig School April Break Spring Break Trip: Through a partnership with Gogi Abroad, the Craig School has the opportunity to be a part of a Service Learning, Indigenous Wisdom, and Leadership adventure in Ecuador. It is open to Craig Students in grades 7-12. There will be a Google Meet Info session on Tuesday, October 29th at 7 PM (Google Meet Link meet.google.com/mnc-qcoh-jqg) where you can hear more about this opportunity and ask any questions you might have.
